Gary is a 21-year veteran of commercial real estate investing with several national full-service commercial brokerage firms. To date Gary has helped numerous clients participate in transactions totaling approximately $400M in the following sectors – office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land. He has personally invested in, and partnered in office, industrial and land transactions for the past 15 years.

Gary is a 25-year veteran of commercial real estate investing with several national full-service commercial brokerage firms. To date Gary has helped numerous clients participate in transactions totaling approximately $450M in the following sectors – multi-family office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land. He has personally invested in, and partnered in office, industrial and land transactions for the past 15 years.

During the past 24 months he has conducted extensive research and study about the residential market. He concluded that both macro and micro level trends (demographics) are in favor of a strong future for certain segments of the residential & industrial investment market. This is especially true for the market that meets the needs of the bottom 25% of wage earners.  Gary has significant corporate finance & management experience having worked for over 12 years for two Fortune 500 companies.

Gary earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and a MBA from Georgia State University. He and his wife Mia, a music teacher, reside in suburban Greenville, SC. In his spare time he enjoys family time with his wife and two adult children as well as his close friends.  Hobbies include working in the garden and all forms of cardio, tennis, golf and skiing.
